An online feast! 🐾🐻

I have spent the week feasting on online courses, zoom call catch ups and podcasts and it has inspired me!

I attended an Undiscovered Voices event about titles, which has made me reconsider the title of my novel, Seen, but not heard. i now have a new title in my head and I need to Google it to check whether it fits or not. It has also got me thinking about my picture book titles.

I attended a great webinar last Saturday about writing a Children’s novel. I have remembered a story from my childhood that may actually lend itself to a middle grade book. I’m excited about this, but I need to learn more about MG.

I have enrolled for a non-fiction event over two days at The Writing Barn, US and a critique, one to one. I thought the date for manuscripts was July, but I’ve now been told

i need to send the manuscript so I will be writing a non-fiction tomorrow! No pressure there then!

Tonight, I caught up with my writing course buddies from last year and that was lovely to put faces to names, share thoughts on courses and resources and get inspired to finish those novels again!

We can do this!
